Agway has been great! And when my boiler was acting up this winter they sent reliable repair people to work on it. I never received a charge for these services. Its good to know you have backup when it is 10 degrees with a 20 mile an hour wind hitting the house!

A local company tried to run a scam on me to get me to replace my furnace immediately and turned off my heat. Agway sent someone within 2 hours to have a look. They checked everything and let me know it was safe to run. The phone operator was very sympathetic and helpful. Could not recommend more.

In the last year we have had to call Agway for EnergyGuard services. One was in the winter with the furnace at Christmas. They came out right away, fixed the problem and paid for it. Then this summer our air conditioner stopped working. This time it was a bigger problem and more expensive but Agway covered it all.
